How do I get started as an investor with BEQUITY?
You can get started as an investor with BEQUITY by signing up & creating an account with Republic here: https://republic.co/register
The entire account creation and investment process is completed online via the Republic website. You will be prompted to provide or verify any required information, as well as make the necessary acknowledgments electronically.
We'll be accepting investments on the Republic platform in late Q3' 2021.

Who can invest with BEQUITY?
BEQUITY's ATL Fund will be available to all investors, unlike other private real estate funds which are exclusive to high net-worh/accredited-only.
Our most common investors are:

What kinds of returns on my investment should I expect?
BEQUITY ATL Fund will be targeting a 10-12% annualized return. Investors will be paid cash distributions quarterly with competitive preferred returns & profit sharing.
Like with any other investment, BEQUITY can not guarantee any returns, however based on our investment model, this is our targeted projection
How long should I plan to have my money invested?
BEQUITY's ATL Fund is targeting an exit year 7. Investing in the ATL fund should be viewed as a long term investment, as the nature of real estate investment takes time to create value.
What are the risks?
All investments, even those backed by real property, carry some degree of risk, including ours. We do our diligence to hedge against as many risks as possible with our buy below value approach and working with backend partners to offload projects in a timely manner. Our end-to-end model hedges against these risks but it is important to understand that you may lose some or all of your money, as with any investment in any asset class.
Does BEQUITY do anything to support the local community?
BEQUITY donates a portion of their profits to a charity/non-profit organization serving the Atlanta, GA population.
